Stevenage Tae Kwon Do runs on Tuesdays from 18:00-20:00 and Thursdays 19:00-20:00.
We are a friendly, family run Tae Kwon-Do club and provide a safe and controlled environment to learn, develop and practise the martial art and have fun at the same time.
We are committed to our students’ development ie. learning the technical skills required and also improving general fitness levels ,including co-ordination, stamina and flexibility.
There is also a great element of discipline and respect involved in relation to Tae Kwon-Do – being a military martial art of South Korea origin, and etiquette plays an important part in the lessons, and hopefully this will transfer to every day life.
Our lessons are productive and fun at the same time which is especially good for children who need to enjoy exercise to maximise their potential.
I am currently a 3rd Dan black belt with many years teaching experience and have competed and won at championship level .
My fiancée is currently a 2nd Dan black belt who has also competed and won at local and national championship level.
Our two children, currently a 1st Dan black belt and a green belt also train and compete regularly.
We like to think our club can offer something for everyone, so come along and give it a go!
